Happened to step outside at 3 a.m. and saw 4 meteors on sfter the other. The 1st was the largest, appeared almost flat and seemed to move slower than most meteors. It looked more like a piece of burning paper, but was moving very fast from North to South. The other 3 was on about the same path but smaller and faster. I live in Chico, California about 1.5 hours North of Sacramento. Nothing mentioned in my charts. Could it have been space junk I just happened to be outside to see it? Very memorable but confused. I know it happens, but the 1st one is stuck in my head.
